Ensure items are in their original, unopened packaging with seals intact; due to hygiene standards, used makeup or prosthetics cannot be returned.

Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Package Securely
Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.
Ship and Track
